College life 101: Conflict Resolution

Informative, interactive hands-on opportunity to become familiar with civil rights related subjects such as micro-aggressions, harassment, and retaliation. OEO will review multi-level interactions that can adversely impact a students working and/or learning environment, provide practical experience toward addressing, and facilitating these challenges. As a neutral resource in addressing civil rights related concerns, OEO’s process and responsibilities are unique in resolving conflicts and students may face in their learning, working or living environments at the University of New Mexico.
